I started working as a Snowboard Instructor at the age of 14, at Silver Star. Since then I've moved to Whistler, completed the CASI Level 4 (age 22) and joined CASI's National Technical Team. Take a peek at some of the positions I’ve held and work I’ve done in the past.
Snowboard Instructor
I've worked as a snowboard instructor for over 15 years. I've worked around the world, at resorts including Silver Star, Whistler and Perisher (Australia). I've taught everything from kids lessons to school groups to private lessons to big mountain camps.
Youth Development Coach
Through the years, I've also had the pleasure of coaching young athletes towards their ambitious goals. This represents a much longer term relationship and I'm proud to say I have made many friends through sharing my passion for snowboarding in this way.
CASI Evaluator
I've been running CASI courses for over 10 years now and am certified to evaluate every course CASI offers. I am especially proud of the results I am able to help my candidates and trainees achieve; instructors whose achievements range from Levels 1 to 4.
CASI National Team Member
In 2022, I was selected to be a part of CASI's National Technical Team and I have endeavored to help raise the standard of quality CASI offers through it's technical and course materials.
